Go beyond the tasting room and step into the role of whiskey blender for an afternoon. This hands-on class invites you to explore how individual barrels come together to form a cohesive, expressive whiskey. With guidance from our expert team, you’ll sharpen your palate, learn how to identify and balance flavor components, and understand how aroma, texture, and finish work in harmony.

Your experience begins with a brief orientation to Woody Creek Distillers and the fundamentals behind blending philosophy. From there, you’ll sample a curated selection of barrels and experiment with building your own blend, adjusting ratios until it reflects your personal taste. A professional blending expert will be by your side throughout the process, offering insight and direction as you refine your creation. The session concludes with you bottling a full 750mL of your custom bourbon and finishing it with a personalized label—your signature whiskey, crafted by you.

We can accommodate up to 10 guests, and all participants must be 21+ for this experience. Option to add on additional bottles to purchase for $100/bottle.
