  • Vodka Lime Rickey

    1.5 oz Woody Creek Vodka
    .75 oz Raspberry Simple Syrup
    .5 oz Lime Juice
    Float: Soda Water
    Garnish: Raspberry and Lime Wedge

    Add vodka, raspberry simple syrup, lime juice, and ice to shaker.
    Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a collins glass filled with ice.
    Top with soda water.
    Garnish with raspberry and lime wedge on a bamboo pick.

  • Peach Paradise Perfection

    2 oz woody creek bourbon
    .5 oz lemon
    1 oz peach simple
    3 dashes peach bitters

    2 oz Woody Creek Rye
    1 oz Pineapple Juice
    .5 oz Dry Vermouth
    Garnish: Luxardo Cherry

    Add rye, pineapple juice, and dry vermouth.
    Shake with ice for 15 seconds.
    Strain into a coupe glass.
    Garnish with Luxardo cherry on a bamboo pick.

    Place martini glass in the freezer to chill.
    Fill a mixing glass with ice.
    Add Woody Creek May’s Select Gin, dry vermouth, and orange bitters
    Stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
    Strain into your icy cold martini glass.

    1.25 oz Woody Creek Gin
    .25 oz Bianco Vermouth
    2 oz Happyleaf Cranberry Lavender Kombucha
    .5 oz Lemon Juice
    .5 oz Simple Syrup

  • Vienna Room Hot Cider

    1.5 oz Woody Creek Bourbon
    .25 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
    .5 oz Honey Syrup (1:1 honey/ hot water)
    3 shakes House-made “Apple Pie” Bitters

    Fill with mulled apple cider (3 gallons apple cider, 1 cup mulling spice).
    Heat up a glass mug with hot water then dump
    Add ingredients, fill with apple cider.
    Garnish: lemon swath and dehydrated apple slice garnish

  • Earl Grey Old Fashioned

    2 oz WOODY CREEK RYE
    .5 oz EARL GREY SYRUP (1.1 tea to sugar)
    2 DASHES STRONGWATER WALNUT BITTERS

  • Chai Hot Toddy

    2 oz WOODY CREEK BOURBON
    6-8 oz MOUNTAIN HIGH CHAI TEA
    .5 oz COLORADO LOCAL HIVE HONEY
    DEHYDRATED APPLE SLICE GARNISH

  • Drink and Be Mary

    1 oz Woody Creek Mary’s Select Gin
    1 oz Ono Sake
    .5 oz lemon juice
    .5 oz yuzu juice
    .5 oz raspberry syrup
    .5 oz egg white

    Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake and then shake with ice.
    Strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with 1 oz club soda.
    Garnish with a lemon twist and a raspberry on a pick.

  • Manhattan

    2 oz Woody Creek Distillers Colorado High Rye 70/30 Bourbon Whiskey
    1 oz sweet vermouth
    1 dashes of bitters
    2 maraschino cherries, skewered on toothpicks

    Place coupe glass in the freezer to chill.
    Fill a cocktail shaker about half-full of ice and add the rye, vermouth and a few dashes of bitters.
    Stir for about a minute, to chill the mixture.
    Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
    Add cherries and garnish with a lemon peel.

  • Cosmopolitan

    1.5 oz Woody Creek Vodka
    .75 oz triple sec
    .5 oz cranberry juice
    .5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
    1 small lime wedge, for garnish

    Place martini glass in the freezer to chill.
    Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, except for the lime wedge, fill two-thirds full with ice, and shake vigorously
    Strain into the icy cold cocktail glass
    Garnish with a lime wedge.

  • Clover Club

    1.5 ounces Woody Creek Colorado Gin
    .5 oz dry vermouth
    .5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
    .5 oz raspberry syrup, see Note below
    .5 oz egg white

    Place coupe glass in the freezer to chill.
    Place the gin, vermouth, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg whites in a cocktail shaker and fill two-thirds full with ice.
    Cover and shake vigorously for 25 seconds.
    Strain the mixture into a glass or small bowl, dump out the ice, and return the mixture to the shaker, cover and shake for 15 to 20 seconds.
    Strain into your icy cold coupe glass.
    Garnish with a skewered raspberry or two.

  • Classic Martini

    2.5 ounces  Woody Creek Vodka
    .5 ounce dry vermouth
    Ice

    Place martini glass in the freezer to chill.
    Pour Woody Creek Vodka and dry vermouth in a mixing glass.
    Add cubed ice and stir for 30 seconds until the Martini is chilled.
    Strain into your icy cold cocktail glass.
    Pare a lemon peel, and express (pinch) the back of the lemon peel over the martini. Rub the lemon peel around the rim of the glass and drop it into the glass.

  • Macy Old Old Fashioned

    2 oz Woody Creek Distillers Straight Rye Whiskey
    .25 oz Pat Scanlan’s Maple Syrup
    3 dashes of angostura bitters
    Muddled Orange slice and a Luxardo Maraschino

    Stir on ice in a mixing glass and strain into a double old fashioned glass over fresh ice.
    Garnish with expressed orange peel and topped with a splash of club soda.
